The Battle of Magera was the final engagement between the Zenora Empire and The Principality of Zeon to be fought in Space, in the final weeks of the Zeon Civil War. The Battle led to the destruction of Zenora's most superior Ace Shako, and the crumbling of the Astro defense line opening up the road back to Eris-7. The Battle left Heirshy badly damaged, to the point that he had to return back to Side 3 for repairs, following the Magera Duel during the Battle.
Magera's destruction eventually led to the collapse of Zenora's Space units completely forcing the remaining Zenora Imperial forces to dig in on the Surface of Eris-7, where Zeon's final Invasion would be conducted, while under the support of the Earth Federation.
