Neelia Marsha was the proud wife of Tanaka Marsha, and the mother of Sukia Marsha, she unfortunately never lived to see the birth of her Daughter, as she had died in Tokyo Japan, just moments after giving birth to Sukia by an unknown virus.
Her body along with the entire city of Tokyo was completely eradicated following the Colony drop, that occurred as part of Zenora's plan in order to frame the Principality of Zeon during a war, that has already lasted 3 years.
Before her death, Neelia was known to be a medical nurse of the Earth Federation, but has never once seen an actual Battle, as she often spend most of her time in the Hospitals on base treating wounded Soldiers, and Mobile suit pilots, it was said that she hated guns, and wanted nothing to do with war, which explained the main reason why she was never a field nurse.
She got the Illness from out of the Blue just 3 months after she got Pregnant, with Sukia, but despite this illness, along with her demise, it was stated by Tanaka Marsha, that Sukia was born healthy, and was luckily enough to have been born before the Virus started spreading out of control, featuring that even though Sukia was born healthy, she was almost exposed to the virus as a young baby.
