Roux Louka is the pilot of the MSZ-006 Zeta Gundam during the first Neo Zeon movement, and was also known to be the only pilot of the Zeta even after the events of the first Neo Zeon Engagement. She has since than started a relationship with Judau Ashta where she became highly overprotective of until she eventually got separated and lost him during the events of the Zeon Civil War on October 29th, UC.106. The death of Judau Ashta would temporarliy turn Roux anti Zeon, to the point that she winds up hunting down and attacking Heirshy, nonstop blaming him and the Principality of Zeon for Judau Ashta's death, when in fact Heirshy and Judau Ashta were ambushed at Kaiyoshi by Neo Zeon forces.
After being spared at Mayba following a small Duel and skirmish between Zeon and AEUG Forces, along with the truth being heard from Heirshy himself, Roux eventually got over Judau's death and defected to the Principality of Zeon, along side Beecha Oleg after learning of Commander Starison's anti Zeon ways.
Roux Louka following her entry to the Principality of Zeon had managed to teach multiple Zeon soldiers how to use modern Mobile Suits, while those who already knew conducted the same actions, her teachings would eventually impress Heirshy to the point that he thanked her for all that she had done, forming a small bond between the two.
It was eventually discovered that Roux may have started to move on towards Heirshy, but perished on February 2nd, UC.122, during the Battle of Milioshi fortress. Her death was remembered by Heirshy as he honored her by burring her ashes along side her formal boyfriend Judau Ashta on Shangrala Colony after the War finally ended on UC.123.

One of her most notable abilities is flirtation and acting, often feigning feelings to enemies and strangers to get what she desires. For the most part, this ploy works well, though soon earned her the love of Glemy Toto, who she did not acknowledge as a lover and spurred his attempts to romance her.
Though not the best pilot, Roux has demonstrated she is the second best pilot of the Argama crew during the series of ZZ, but far from the best in the entire series.
